Try this: for 1 month take your receipt home when you grocery shop and write down your price total. You can compare how much you spend every time you shop Add up the numbers at the end of the month and you’ll know how much you’ve spent on food.
Take the time to weigh your fruit and veggie and calculate how much it will cost (price per lb X #of lbs). Your cellphone has a calculator.
